We provide a truly bespoke package that includes:

  • Planned visits based on both your insurance and operational requirements

  • A portfolio engineer assigned to your premises to ensure consistent service delivery

  • Regular checks by your assigned engineer

  • A rapid response to call outs

  • An annual system review with your assigned account manager

  • The appropriate access equipment if required

  • Temporary replacement of control equipment to cover any downtime incurred whilst the site control equipment is being repaired by the manufacturer

  • Footage downloads are included if required

We provide you maintenance using the latest technological diagnostic support including:

  • Remote reset facilities

  • Remote maintenance and false alarm management

  • Remote video management

  • Technical phone support from our help desk


One area that is overlooked by most other electronic security providers is training.

As part our maintenance visits we dedicate 15 minutes, or longer if necessary, to deliver a refresher session on the operation of your electronic security system. This is hugely beneficial in reducing false alarms from subscriber errors.

Watch Systems Ltd are able to take over any open protocol electronic security system.

As part of this process we will provide a survey, produce a full specification of the system and layout drawings.

A risk assessment and a method statement are produced for all contracts that are site specific. No maintenance will be carried out without the appropriate health and safety requirements in place.
