Sales Administrator

Watch Systems Limited provides tailored, risk based, technology driven security systems. Installing IP CCTV, Integrated Security Systems, Intruder Alarms and Access Control with bespoke maintenance packages; our business aim is to become the first specialist provider of electronic security maintenance in the marketplace.​

Duties and responsibilities

  • To assist in the writing up of new sales proposals/specifications

  • To undertake the writing up of small works quotes

  • To complete sales proposal drawings in Corel Draw

  • Use of CRM software

  • Management of Directors calendar

  • Processing orders

  • Management of sales pipeline

  • Relationship management of key customers

  • Attend client meetings

  • Set up Teams meetings

  • To undertake minute taking following meetings

  • Liaise with marketing company regarding blog posts and social media

  • Receive product training and ongoing guidance and support

 

This role also requires you to undertake general administrative projects.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer service focus

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Good time management

  • IT literate, including Apple and Microsoft software

Role Specifics

  • 37 hours per week

  • Full Time: Monday – Friday

  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

  • Start date: May 2026

  • Free on-site parking

  • Pension
