Mainstay Group is one of the most successful property asset management agents in the UK. They are currently managing premier, waterside apartments called Liberty Place, situated in Birmingham City Centre.
What Was The Client Looking For:
The client was looking to upgrade 21 Access Control Intercoms onto a common platform. They ideally wanted a wireless system to reduce the installation costs. Liberty Place also needed a flexible system, where they could remove and add occupier’s details as there is a high number of change of ownership at this residential property.

Watch Systems Ltd in conjunction with the residence management committee designed a simple but efficient procedure to resolve the on-going car park issues onsite. Watch Systems Ltd designed a GSM solution that enables the occupiers to have the intercoms linked to multiple smart and analogue devices. The installation was all custom manufactured to fit in with the existing architectural design.

The Results:
Post installation the management of the onsite Access Control has been greatly improved and the tracking of proximity fobs on the new database is tightly monitored. The other benefit of the scheme is the flexibility in inserting and removing occupiers access rights with the onsite software package.
