Regency Wharf is a mixed-use development located on Broad Street in Birmingham, backing onto Gas Street Basin. The estate is in close proximity to some of Birmingham’s key landmarks and destinations including the Birmingham Library and Utilita Arena. Regency Wharf hosts a multitude of eateries, bars and a commercial office space Rum Runner Works.

What Was The Client Looking For:

The client was looking for a user-managed access control system, to allow variations in access to the site for various tenants. They needed a solution which allowed the building manager to allocate specific areas that tenants or visitors could access at certain times and dates.
How Did Watch Systems Ltd Help:

Watch Systems Ltd project managed and installed a Paxton Net2 access control system to allow personnel secure entry across the site. The system is present across the service corridors, management office and even includes the lift cars so that tenants only have access to their dedicated spaces/floors.

Watch Systems Ltd provided an efficient and effective service, liaising with the client’s lift contractor to facilitate part of the works. The ease of access using fobbed entry allows tenants to come and go as they please, but provide security to each floor of the building.
